Sus rasgos no esconden que todavía tiene mucho de adolescente, pero al hablar, esa fisonomía se desdibuja dando paso a un joven hombre, ambicioso (en el buen sentido) y seguro de sí mismo. Juan Pedro Lanzani, Peter para todo el mundo, tiene 19 años y una prometedora carrera por delante.
Es uno de los protagonistas de Casi Ángeles, la exitosa tira producida por Cris Morena. Recorrió el mundo con la banda Teenangels, nacida del programa. Y ahora se luce sobre el escenario en el Gran Rex junto con sus compañeros de elenco. Pero no se queda en eso y sueña con más.
“Estoy a full por el trabajo y me encanta estar así. Nunca pensé que yo iba a llevar esta vida o que iba a tener todas estas experiencias”, dice mostrando una franca sonrisa, la misma que hace delirar a sus fans. “Cris también tuvo la idea de editar el libro Resiste: Claves para encontrar tu llave con reflexiones que nosotros en el programa llamamos offs. Me identifico con muchas de ellas”.
-¿Con cuáles?
-Son afirmaciones sobre buscarse a uno mismo, sobre encontrar o no el amor, sobre la importancia de la amistad y sobre otros temas que ocupan la cabeza de cualquier adolescente o adulto. En cierta manera, es una síntesis de la trama del programa, del mensaje que se quiere transmitir. Puede sonar rebuscado, pero hay como una metáfora de la realidad.
-¿A qué te referís?
-En el programa estamos divididos en dos grupos: el que yo integro, el de los salvajes, y el otro, el de la corporación, a cuyos integrantes les borraron la memoria y su verdadera identidad. Por eso nosotros somos la resistencia e intentamos rescatarlos para que recuperen sus verdaderos valores. Más allá de que es una ficción, hay un lindo mensaje de fondo, que es luchar por lo que considerás que es bueno. La vida es una resistencia, una lucha donde a veces te va bien y otras veces no tanto. Está bueno tenerlo bien en claro.
-¿Por qué cosas lucharías?
-Por el medio ambiente. Me parece vital concientizar a todo el mundo para que cada uno haga su parte. El planeta nos está dando señales de que las cosas no están bien. Está en nosotros cambiarlo, aunque sea con pequeños gestos como cerrar la canilla mientras nos cepillamos los dientes.
-¿Qué adjetivos usarías para describirte?
-Soy muy amiguero, amo el deporte (jugaba al rugby en Alumni) y por sobre todas las cosas soy muy autoexigente, me gusta hacer las cosas bien. Trabajo todo el tiempo en ese sentido. Sueño con seguir en el futuro trabajando de esto, cantando y superándome día a día. No me gusta conformarme con lo que ya tengo. Llegué hasta donde estoy gracias a ese esfuerzo. Claro que también estoy muy agradecido con Cris, por la oportunidad que me dio y porque me enseñó a nunca bajar los brazos.
-¿Cómo te llevás con el mote de galán?
-¡Excelente! Hace poco me hicieron fotos con otros galanes y nunca pensé que a los 19 años iba a ser comparado con otros más grandes, como Gonzalo Heredia. Pero tengo que reconocer que lucho por eso. Las fotos y las notas son para mí un logro y me hacen sentir que voy por el buen camino. Me gusta el título de galán, aunque sé que me falta… ¡y un montón!
-¿Te sentís acosado por tus fans?
-No, para nada. Siento sólo agradecimiento. Sin ellos Casi Ángeles no sería nada. El apoyo que nos dan es conmovedor y me hace sentir cierta responsabilidad respecto del mensaje que me toca transmitir. Por eso también intento hacerlos felices en la medida de mis posibilidades.
-¿Estás de novio?
-No, y por ahora no estoy buscando una pareja. Si tiene que ser será. Ahora aprovecho el tiempo que tengo para salir con mis amigos y pasarla bien. Lo que que jamás hice fue encarar a una chica usando mi trabajo como estrategia de levante. Cero. Las mujeres se me acercan con buena onda y, por suerte, no me pasó cruzarme con una interesada. Supongo que sabría leer las señales.
-En la vida real estuviste de novio con Mariana Espósito, que en la tira hace de tu pareja ¿No te resultó difícil hacer escenas románticas con ella?
-Nuestra relación sucedió hace mucho tiempo. Hoy nos llevamos re bien y podemos charlar de todo. Somos amigos y tenemos confianza. Tal vez nos conocemos mejor de lo que pensamos y no hay vergüenza en esas escenas. Ella es una artista, una actriz supertalentosa con luz propia y no hay situaciones incómodas entre nosotros.
-¿Alguna mujer mayor te hizo sentir “incomodidad”, al estilo de la Sra. Robinson en El Graduado?
-(risas) No, por ahora, no me pasó ni tuve esa fantasía. Sinceramente, si sucediera no sabría cómo reaccionar.
