Era lógico. El éxito internacional de la nueva película firmada por James Cameron, “Avatar”, iba a tener secuela y ahora el director candidateado al Oscar el próximo domingo, confirmó que su idea es que el filme se llame “Na´vi”.
“Avatar” ya lleva recaudados más de 2.500 millones de dólares en las taquillas de todo el planeta. Ya está decidido que la segunda película de la saga será una continuación de la historia de Avatar y no una precuela y el final de la primera entrega.
“Definitivamente no quiero llamarla Avatar 2″, sentenció Cameron que destacó que el protagonista, Jake Sully (Sam Worthington), ya no es un Avatar sino un na’vi más totalmente integrado en su comunidad. “Probablemente podríamos llamarla Na’vi”, reveló el director en declaraciones a Sci Fi Wire en las que también señaló que la secuela profundizará en el mundo de los na’vi, especialmente en los aspectos más espirituales de su sociedad y cultura.
“Creo que es evidente que hay una gran receptividad a estos aspectos por parte del público, más de la que el estudio al principio había imaginado”, afirmó Cameron.

Hands down, Apple’s app store wins by a mile. It’s a huge selection of all sorts of apps vs a rather sad selection of a handful for Zune. Microsoft has plans, especially in the realm of games, but I’m not sure I’d want to bet on the future if this aspect is important to you. The iPod is a much better choice in that case.
