Fallo de la Justicia determinó que “Niní” es un plagio de “Floricienta”

Esta semana, Gustavo Yankelevich decidió romper el silencio en el programa radial de Jorge Rial, “Ciudad GótiK”. Lo hizo para hablar sobre el fallo a favor de su productora y la de su socia, RGB Entertainment y Cris Morena Group, sobre el plagio que determinó la justicia en la demanda que le iniciaron a la empresa que llevó al aire el ciclo “Niní”.
“En este momento tenemos la potestad de poder hacerlo. No digo que lo vayamos a hacer, pero tenemos la potestad de determinar si queremos que levanten el programa y que paren con las presentaciones en el Gran Rex”, explicó de entrada Yankelevich, en el ciclo que se emite de 9.00 a 12.00 por La Red, AM 910.
Lo cierto es que en las últimas horas se dio a conocer el fallo oficial que dictamina que “Niní” efectivamente es un plagio de “Floricienta”, programa que protagonizó la misma actriz durante dos temporadas, en el año 2004 y 2005, respectivamente.
Fue a través de un fallo de la Sala B de la Justicia Civil, lo que contempla incluso el levantamiento del programa, decisión que podrían determinar si así lo desean los demandantes.
El final estaba previsto para abril pero se estima que todo podría adelantarse si así lo quisiesen los ganadores de la querella.
Asimismo, esto podría afectar a las presentaciones previstas para el Teatro Gran Rex.
“El de Cris es distinto al mío. Cris está, realmente, mortificada con todo esto que pasó, tiene mucha tristeza, ella la quiere mucho a Florencia (Bertotti), está dolida, es otra cosa. Y lo mío, de alguna manera, independientemente de todo, pasa por un tema de cierta impotencia y ver que te están tomando algo que es de tu patrimonio. Floricienta, para nosotros es un capital nuestro, un patrimonio, es defender nuestros derechos”, contó Yankelevich cuando Rial le preguntó sobre su ánimo con todo lo ocurrido.
