Casi Angeles cumple con todos los requisitos de un fenómeno juvenil. La serie argentina que debutó en su país en 2007 dio vida a un indiscutible efecto adolescente que desde Buenos Aires está esparciéndose por Sudamérica como si fuera una epidemia. A Chile llegó por las pantallas del recientemente reformulado canal de cable Jetix, que emitió las dos primeras temporadas de la serie entre 2008 y principios de 2009.
“Nosotros nos enteramos por los fans que nos golpearon la puerta”, comentan en Sony-BMG, compañía que reaccionó rápido ante la alerta: en un año y medio ha editado cuatro discos de TeenAngels, el quinteto pop que tiene un rol protagónico en la historia del programa.
“Es una teleserie con música, con temas juveniles y muchas sorpresas. Siempre aparecen nuevos personajes, hay artistas invitados, los niños son lindos y hay parejas que te hacen enganchar con la historia. Lo mismo pasa con la música”, comenta María Elena Moya, presidenta el fan club oficial de Casi Angeles en Chile que bordea los 350 integrantes.
Nombres como Ricardo Montaner y Axel han aparecido en capítulos de la serie que sus incondicionales locales, esparcidos en tres clubes de fanáticos, siguen religiosamente a través de internet. El fenómeno de la serie ha llevado al quinteto de visita a España e Israel para promocionar una marca consolidada en países como Perú, Panamá y por supuesto, Argentina.
El conjunto integrado por Mariana “Mar” Espósito (18), Eugenia “Jazmín” Suárez (17) Nicolás “Tacho” Riera (23), Gastón “Rama” Dalmau (25) y Peter “Thiago” Lanzani (19) cuenta con un show musical que su productora tiene programado mostrar en Chile durante el primer semestre de 2010. Pero antes, el grupo visitará por primera vez el país en una visita promocional que confirma la productora encargada de todas las actividades del grupo.
“TeenAngels está viajando a Chile en unos días”, dicen en la productora argentina Cris Morena Group sobre las actividades de difusión que la banda cumplirá en Santiago entre el 14 y 15 de este mes. En el sello Sony-BMG reconocen que “vienen en alza”. Y para aprovechar el impulso, acaban de editar en Chile el último disco, en vivo, del conjunto.
