Justo el otro día estaba tratando de limpiar mi escritorio y me encontré una carta del departamento de casting de HP. Era una respuesta a un video que había enviado mucho antes de la primera audición, mucho antes del entreno de El Cáliz de Fuego, por iniciativa propia. Ellos me respondieron, diciéndome gentilmente que no habían papeles disponibles en el film y también que la nacionalidad jugaba un rol en la selección de los actores.
En pocas palabras, parecía que las posibilidades estaban en mi contra y estoy segura de que me sentí así en su momento. No digo esto para autoelogiarme (porque sé que suelen usar esto en las noticias, etc.), sino para recordarles lo fina que es la línea entre alcanzar una meta y no alcanzarla. Yo no era una actriz con contactos ni con nada particularmente distinguido. Por eso es que odio el capítulo de Probabilidades en mi libro de Matemáticas.
La manifestación no toma en cuenta cuántas chances tiene uno. Si ocurre, ocurre y no importa qué te hayan dicho los demás. ¡Lamento si ofendo a los matemáticos pero no creo en las probabilidades!
Así que descarten todas las hipótesis, porque cualquier cosa que les diga cualquier persona son solo… palabrería, y en verdad depende de ustedes y no llegarán a ninguna parte si al menos no creen que merecen todo aquello que sueñan conseguir.
